The buzz in the city about a new burger joint created enough excitement over the last week. This is the reason a huge gathering of food lovers and socialites to head to the launch of ‘Street Burger.’

Located at the happening Beverly Center, Street Burger is the latest addition to Islamabad’s burger joints that offer variety of treats with quality.

The red-carpet launch of the café opening, organized by Rezz PR & Events and hosted by country’s top models, was attended by the crème de la crème of the capital from businessmen to social elite to diplomats to politicians.

Street Burger is the joint venture of owners of Street 1 Café, Samreen & Ahsan Bhatty with Sofia & Ali Umar Alvie.

“Street Burger is a classic burger joint. Fresh and juicy are the words that best describe our burgers” claims the café ower Ahsan Bhatty.

The impressive launch event and the authentic taste of classic burgers, perfectly cooked French fries, delicious baked goodies and shakes simply won the hearts of the attendees.

Street Burger Islamabad introduces black burgers in Pakistan“From the first bite of your burgers and sandwiches to your last French fries to the last sip of our full dairy thick shakes, quality is the most important ingredient of all. We don’t freeze, pre-package and over-process. We just make things fresh and the old-fashioned way” says co-owner Ali Umar Alvie.

Street Burger takes pride in offering health and hygienic meals made from fresh ingredients. “Our French fries come from the finest, freshest ingredients we can find—potatoes shipped right from the farm, which are individually cut then cooked in 100% pure vegetable oil” beams Ali Alvie. “We have our own in-house baking facility, which enables us to produce the best buns for our burgers. Our shakes are made with real dairy ice cream and all the confectionery is also baked in-house daily using European gourmet ingredients and Belgian chocolate” he adds.

In a surprising twist, Street Burger has introduced Black Burger for the first time in Pakistan, jumping onto the trend of black burgers and to bring this unique burger to local food lovers.

The taste-tickling menu includes huge variety of burgers from Philly cheese steak to jalapeno cheese burger to Mexican beef burger as well as chicken sandwiches, appetizers and salads. Needless to say, they also serve shakes, coffee and tea too.

Street Burger owners believe in purity and simplicity, hence “there are no additives, fillers or preservatives ever added to our meat.” The beef is always fresh and the patties are cooked on a mirror finished chrome plated flat top griddle as against a conventional char griller which “helps lock in the taste and moisture” explains Ahsan Bhatty. The café claims to use as much organic meat and vegetables as available.

The café also takes pride in offering original cheese. “Our American cheese, Swiss and the Provolone are the real thing. We import our cheese from the best dairies around the world” says Samreen Bhatty.

Health and hygiene are the top priority of the cafe and all products are certified to be food grade. “All the equipment is imported from the industry leading vendors of United States” adds Sofia Ali.
