As many as 13 innovative women-led startups have successfully graduated from the Women Inspirational Network (WIN) Incubator Program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to empower female entrepreneurs in Pakistan.
The vibrant graduation ceremony in Islamabad coincided with International Women’s Day. This program equipped them with the essential skills, financial literacy, and digital tools needed to scale their ventures and ensure long-term success.
The WIN Incubator Program is a first-of-its-kind initiative in the country by Pakistan’s leading digital microfinance institution Mobilink Bank.
The program aims to to support women entrepreneurs in overcoming societal barriers and business challenges. The program has been instrumental in transforming aspiring women into successful business leaders, helping them turn innovative ideas into viable, thriving businesses.
Awards and Recognition
As part of the graduation celebrations, Mobilink Bank recognized the high-achieving startups with awards. Ecobricks received the Best Startup Award, securing a prize of PKR 1 million for its outstanding contribution to the field. Meanwhile, Recycle Bin and EcoGrow were honored with the Innovation Challenge Award and awarded PKR 500,000 each for their groundbreaking ideas.
These awards aim to support the continued growth of these promising businesses, providing them with vital financial backing to scale their operations and succeed in the competitive marketplace.
