Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has officially unveiled its first experiential Travel Store in Karachi.
Located in the prestigious Sky Tower on Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue in Clifton, this marks the airline’s inaugural expansion into West Asia, introducing an innovative retail concept designed to enhance the customer journey.
Spanning 183 square meters, the store is equipped with cutting-edge technology to offer immersive experiences, while a team of dedicated staff ensures best-in-class support for every visitor.
The official inauguration ceremony was led by Essa Sulaiman Ahmad, Senior Vice President of Emirates’ Commercial Operations for West Asia and the Indian Ocean, alongside distinguished guests, including UAE Ambassador to Pakistan Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al-Zaabi, and UAE Consul General in Karachi Bakheet Ateeq Al-Rumaithi.
Emphasizing the significance of this new store, Essa Sulaiman Ahmad remarked, “The Emirates Travel Store is a place where travellers can discover all of our incredible products and services, and we’re proud to bring our immersive experiences to Karachi. This innovative retail concept reflects Emirates’ dedication to enhancing every aspect of the customer journey, offering them a unique glimpse of the Emirates experience and more, and all of the exciting destinations on offer. This is coupled with personalized service and exceptional support from our teams.”
Ahmad also highlighted Karachi’s importance to the airline, stating, “Karachi was one of Emirates’ first destinations when we launched our operations back in 1985. Choosing this location for our very first Emirates Travel Store in West Asia is testament to our commitment to Pakistan, which we serve with five gateways.”

The Emirates Travel Store offers a host of personalized services, allowing customers to explore the airline’s latest in-flight products and learn more about the numerous destinations Emirates serves.
Trained staff are on hand to provide tailored assistance, helping travelers plan their journeys, manage travel preferences, and book tickets with ease. Additionally, visitors can engage with self-service kiosks and a selfie mirror that lets them capture memories against backdrops of iconic Emirates destinations.
In addition to its service offerings, the store also features a curated selection of exclusive Emirates-branded merchandise and travel accessories, making it a one-stop destination for both inspiration and convenience. Dedicated customer service counters will assist with flight bookings, ticketing for Emirates Holidays, and inquiries regarding the Emirates Skywards loyalty program.
