The National University of Technology (NUTECH) recently held a highly successful Job Fair and Open House 2024 event, where innovative projects from final-year students were showcased.
The event, held on July 4, 2024, provided a platform for students to display their cutting-edge work and explore career opportunities with prominent national and multinational companies.
The event was attended by notable dignitaries, including Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan and Education Minister Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui.
During the event, Jam Kamal Khan lauded the students’ innovative efforts and new initiatives, emphasizing the critical challenges Pakistan faces, such as inflation, quality of life, and unemployment. He stressed the importance of leveraging indigenous resources and expanding the export market to overcome these challenges.
Minister for Science and Technology, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, also attended the event. Both ministers were welcomed by Rector NUTECH, Lt Gen Moazzam Ejaz, HI(M), (Retd). They toured the student displays, expressing admiration for the students’ dedication and innovative spirit.
The Open House event followed NUTECH’s dynamic Job Fair on July 2, 2024, which attracted prominent national and multinational companies. This event provided students with a platform to engage with industry leaders and explore career opportunities.
