PAF’s Multinational Air Exercise “Indus Shield-2023” takes flight

On October 8, 2023, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) kicked off its much-anticipated 14 Nation Multinational Air Exercise “Indus Shield-2023” at an operational air base.

The event marked a remarkable display of international cooperation and airpower. Air Vice Marshal Tariq Mehmood Ghazi, Air Officer Commanding, Central Air Command, Pakistan Air Force, graced the inauguration ceremony as the Chief Guest.

Key Highlights

Promoting International Unity: Addressing the participants, Air Officer Commanding Central Air Command emphasized the vital role of multinational air exercises in achieving common objectives amidst the evolving dynamics of air warfare.
