Pakistan’s Serene Air set to begin international flight operations

Serene Air to spread its wings internationally with Sharjah-Islamabad flight

Pakistan’s Serene Air is all set to spread its wings in the international market with Sharjah-Islamabad flight beginning from on March 16.

The Islamabad-based airline will make its presence in the international market with the first flight from Sharjah and later expand its operations to Dubai for Lahore.

“Initially, we will launch three weekly flights from Sharjah to Islamabad and three weekly flights from Dubai to Lahore. We may increase the frequency if demand improves with ease in travel restrictions globally,” Muhammad Safdar Khan, CEO of Serene Air, told Khaleej Times. The Dubai flight service would start on April 2.

The international flight operation beginning from the UAE would soon be expanded to Saudi Arabia.

Pakistan’s private airline, Serene Air, has a fleet of Boeing 737-800s and Airbus A330s. It operates 84 weekly flights on domestic routes.
