National Art Gallery is organizing Portrait Painting Competition on 29 October from 10 am to 1 pm.
The size of the paintings should be 18″x24″ on board, paper or canvas. The participants are expected to come with their own materials.
Three best artworks will be awarded cash prizes of Rs. 30,000/-, Rs. 20,000/- and Rs. 10,000/- respectively. But certificates will be awarded to all participants.
The portraits painted during the competition will not be returned.
The competition is likely to begin at 10 am continuing till 1 pm, followed by one hour break and announcement by the jury at 2 pm.
Students and amateur artists can register directly via email or phone.
