The name of Balochistan often evokes images of the raw and rugged terrain. But this visualization will change forever once you visit the beautiful beaches in the province.
At one of the exotic beaches in the town of Pasni, the local artists have put their creativity on display stunning 3d sand art.
The charming 3D artworks are the artistic efforts by three friends — Zubair Mukhtar, Hussain Zeb and Bahar Ali — who have transformed the look of Juddi beach in Pasni.

The most amazing fact is that the artists only used sticks to create the optical illusions that are bewildering the locals.

The art objects include houses with sloping rooftop, traditional doorways, water bottles, cylinders, dice, and a water well.
One of the artists, Mukhtar is an art teacher at a government school who started decorating the Gwadar beaches ever since he discovered his passion for sculpting.
“There are two types of sculpting that can be done with sand. One is simply moulding sand to create objects and the other is 3D drawings. This skill has been demonstrated on the beaches of many countries, from Europe to New Zealand. And today we have been able to present it in Balochistan” Mukhtar said in an interview with local media.

Even though the stunning masterpieces are washed away by the sea within hours, the sculptor says that the vanishing nature of the art makes it even more challenging and interesting.
