Training for Islamabad Police officers organized by French Embassy

A total of 21 Islamabad police officers attended the one-week long training session on the latest police techniques. The capacity building training course was organized by the embassy of France.

The training was held at the School of Investigation Islamabad and the session was conducted by police attaché of the French embassy under the framework of the convention of France-Pakistan police cooperation. He was joined by an expert from the French National Police.

On the concluding day of the training, Mr. Jean Christopher, Mr. Marc and Mr. Tahir Mahmood Khan, Principal Police Training School, distributed the certificates among Islamabad police officers who successfully completed the training.

Last week, the immigration liaison officer of the French embassy and his Hungarian counterpart also trained the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officials who were also were briefed about different national passports, new Schengen visa and detection of counterfeit stickers during the two-day training session.
