Azerbaijan invites Pakistani companies to rebuild newly liberated lands in Nagorno-Karabakh
Pakistan has assured Azerbaijan full support for development and reconstruction activities in the newly liberated Nagorno-Karabakh territories of Azerbaijan.
Prime Minister Imran Khan assured “all possible assistance from Pakistan” to Azerbaijan to revive the lands liberated from Armenian aggression. PM Khan extended support during a meeting with Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the premier’s office on January 14.
The prime minister expressed satisfaction at the exceptional bilateral political relations and urged for enhancing bilateral trade and energy cooperation between the two countries. Azerbaijan Foreign Minister affirmed Azerbaijan’s desire to upgrade bilateral cooperation in all fields particularly developing economic ties.
Pakistan’s support to Azerbaijan reiterated
PM Imran Khan extended his sincere felicitations to Azerbaijan leadership and people over recent success in the liberation of its occupied territories and asked to convey his sincere wishes to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. “The victory was highly appreciated by the Pakistani people who celebrated this glorious event together with Azerbaijan,” he said.
FM Jeyhun Bayramov extended his gratitude for the warm reception and praised Pakistan’s unequivocal support, including the resolutions adopted in this regard, for Azerbaijan’s just position on the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He also reaffirmed Azerbaijan’s consistent support and solidarity on the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
The two sides also exchanged views on matters relating to bilateral relations and regional and international issues.
Azerbaijan invites Pakistan to rebuild Karabakh
Hailing the support of Pakistan in solving the Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijan foreign minsiter invited Pakistani copmoanues to help rebuild the Karabakh region recently liberated from the Armenian occupation.
“We were proud to have your support when these land were occupied, we will be glad to have your cooperation to bring these lands back to life” he stated.
FM Bayramov also briefed the Pakistani premier on the demining, restoration and construction activities in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
