Air Link Communication Ltd. has entered a strategic partnership with Acer Gadget Inc., a global leader in affordable technology, to bring Acer’s e10 series laptops, tablets, and all-in-one devices to the Pakistani market, the company said in a notice submitted to Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
“Acer Gadget Inc., a global leader in innovative and affordable technology, announces a strategic partnership with Air Link Communication Limited (Airlink) to introduce ‘Acer Gadget e10’ laptops, tablets, and all-in-one devices to the Pakistani market,” stated the notice shared by Pakistan’s largest manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of smartphones.
“This partnership marks a significant step forward in Air Link’s commitment to the ‘Made in Pakistan’ initiative and aims to elevate the Pakistani technology landscape by providing consumers with high-quality, accessible devices,” the statement added.
Acer Gadget Inc., a subsidiary of the well-known Taiwanese multinational Acer Inc., is recognized for its expertise in hardware and electronics. Acer has established a solid reputation in the computing industry, especially for its laptops, desktops, monitors, and a variety of related peripherals.
As part of this collaboration, Air Link has secured distribution rights and signed an exclusive assembling agreement with Acer Gadget’s manufacturing partner, Shanghai Sixunited Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd., to assemble these products at Air Link’s facility in Lahore.
Following the announcement, Air Link’s share price rose to Rs139 on August 20, from Monday’s closing price of Rs132.14.

AirLink Communication Ltd is one of the largest manufacturers, distributors and retailers of smartphones in Pakistan. The company has entered into partnerships with global brands like Acer, Samsung, Xiaomi, Tecno, and iPhone with a commitment to enhancing the technological landscape in Pakistan and beyond.
Incorporated on January 2, 2014, Air Link transitioned from a private limited company to a public limited company on April 24, 2019. The company’s operations include importing, exporting, distributing, wholesaling, and retailing communication and IT-related products and services, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, accessories, and related products.
In June, Air Link signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IMIKI Corporation, a Chinese technology firm, to manufacture smart wearable devices.
Last year, Air Link partnered with Xiaomi, a global leader in consumer electronics and smartphones, to produce smart TVs at its manufacturing facility in Lahore.
