Attock Refinery, Bank of Punjab, Mobilink, MCB, Chase Value, Infiniti Software, Engro, and Dawlance have been named among Pakistan’s happiest workplaces for 2025, according to the list issued by WorkL, an employee experience platform that evaluates job satisfaction and overall employee well-being.
The top 10 happiest workplaces in Pakistan span various industries, with Attock Refinery Limited (ARL), Bank of Punjab, and Flip Communication leading with a 96% happiness score. Other standout organizations include Mobilink, MCB Bank Limited, and Bestway Cement, each achieving 96%.
Companies like Infiniti Software, Fazal Paper Mills, and Zong follow closely with 95%, reflecting strong employee satisfaction. These companies prioritize positive work environments, regardless of their sector.
Other companies on the World’s Happiest Workplaces 2025 include Bank Alfalah, Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL), PTCL, Siemens Pakistan, M&P Express Logistics, Daraz, NESPAK, Ibex Pakistan, Bahria Town, Ogilvy Pakistan, Mari Petroleum, Aga Khan University, Unity Foods, OGDCL, Unilever Pakistan, NADRA, COMSATS University, University of Karachi, Pakistan State Oil, HBL Bank, and Meezan Bank.
The list was compiled after evaluating over 100,000 organizations globally, with more than a million employees taking part in the “Happy at Work” Test. Companies were assessed across a range of factors, including employee satisfaction, empowerment, reward and recognition, and overall workplace environment. To qualify for the list, organizations had to score 70% or higher in the test, which includes elements such as wellbeing, job satisfaction, and information sharing.
Lord Mark Price, founder of WorkL, emphasized the importance of employee happiness in fostering workplace productivity and reducing turnover. He stated, “Our research shows that nearly 50% of people are unhappy, anxious, or depressed at work. By recognizing these organizations, we hope to inspire others to prioritize the happiness and well-being of their employees.”
