Pakistan PM is accompanied by a high-level delegation on Moscow visit
Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in Russia on a two-day official visit at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Khan is the first Pakistani prime minister to visit Russia in 23 years.
Pakistani PM Khan will meet Russian President Putin on February 24, according to Kremlin.
The prime minister is accompanied by a high-level delegation including federal ministers Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Fawad Chaudhry, Asad Umar, Hammad Azhar, Commerce Adviser Abdur Razzak Dawood, National Security Adviser Moeed Yusuf and Amir Mahmood Kiani.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Igor Morgulov and other high-level Russian officials welcomed the premier and the Pakistani delegation in Moscow.
The bilateral summit will be the highlight of the visit. During the summit meeting, the two leaders will review the entire array of bilateral relations including energy cooperation, according to Foreign Office.
