As many as 1,567 Aero Apprentices successfully completed their technical training and received their certificate during a passing out parade ceremony held at Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Airmen Academy, Korangi Creek, on June 23. The aero apprentices included trainees from Pakistan Navy and allied countries.
Air Marshal Ahmad Hassan, Deputy Chief of the Air Staff (Engineering) Pakistan Air Force, was the chief guest at the occasion while Air Vice Marshal Syed Imran Majid Ali, Air Officer Commanding, PAAK, received the chief guest.
Air Marshal Ahmad Hassan emphasized that the current situation necessitates keeping our training and professionalism fully harmonized with the contemporary requirements for developing competent and professional airmen, fully capable of protecting our modern defense assets.
The chief guest awarded trophies to the distinction holders and congratulated the graduating airmen and wished them a bright future and success in their upcoming professional assignments. He also commended the Academy Instructional Staff for their sincere endeavors and commitment to the cause of training.
“PAF is a highly professional organization that is venerated as an efficient combat force and has always come up to the nation’s expectations during times of trial through its historic valor, operational preparedness and professional excellence,” the chief guest said while addressing the ceremony. He added that PAF is equipped with state-of-the-art weaponry and has full potential to defend the aerial boundaries of the motherland.
